Error: The navigation bar still appears while using Gestures

One user interface with Android 9.0 Pie added many useful features to Note 9, and gesture controls are one of them. However, some users find that the program keys do not disappear as they should after the new controls are turned on. Although it is not a phone complaint in any way, it is certainly annoying. Fortunately, repairing it seems easy.

:Solution

Samsung suggests clearing the cache partition. To do this, turn off the device, and then continue to raise the volume and the Bixby key. Then press and hold the power key as well. When the Android logo appears, release the three keys. When the Android recovery system appears, use the volume keys to select the Clear Cache section, and press the power button to select it. This should not delete your personal data, but we still recommend that you back up your phone immediately.

Problem: The camera zooms in when zoomed in
Galaxy Note 9 has an exceptional set of snappers, but that does not mean that without some problems. Complaints about freezing and delaying the camera have faded, but have been replaced by another problem. Users complain of noisy noise while using their camera, and it appears to be linked using a telephoto lens. While some say that noise is only a nuisance, others have found that the problem is also in focusing issues while using that lens.

:Solution

Unfortunately, this seems to be a problem with your device, so there's nothing else you can do other than send your device back to Samsung to fix it.

Problem: Low volume while the media is playing
Some users notice that video storage units are down for several minutes in media playback. The problem occurs on YouTube and other video applications, including the Samsung video application, and this seems to happen exclusively for a few minutes in operation. The problem persists in safe mode - indicating that the problem is not caused by a third-party application.

A publication that has now been deleted in the Samsung forum indicates that updating the software may solve the problem, but this conflicts with another advice from another deleted publication, where one of the official Samsung moderators recommended an alternative. Unlike some other issues, this problem does not appear to have been fixed by the Android 9.0 Pie update.

:Solution

It is currently not known whether this problem is software or hardware-based, and Samsung does not seem to be wiser about what is causing the problem. Contacting Samsung or your telecommunications company and getting an alternative unit may be the only solution for you.

Problem: Quiet notifications
Many people expressed concern that the notification tones and notification volumes in Note 9 were quieter than other similar phones, especially compared to the Galaxy Note 8. Last year, it seems that while the headset is turned on for music and video, only the bottom speaker is used for notifications And tones.

:Solution

Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done to fix it on a hardware level - it's simply loud in the speaker. However, some users suggested using an application to increase the volume. The size of the GOODEV booster is recommended.
Problem: The top speaker is unsure during calls
Note 9 A lower speaker and earpiece are used at the top of the phone to provide stereo sound. Unfortunately, the headset at the top of the phone appears to be inconsistent with some users while placing the loudspeaker in calls. Depending on some functions, the loudspeaker will sometimes work when you move the phone, but it will be cut at other times.

This is a particularly interesting problem because, as some users pointed out, the loudspeaker is meant to work only for music and video clips and should not be played for the speaker at all. The sensor at the top of the phone seems to be cutting or lowering the headset when blocking, causing the intermittent service.

Possible solution:
It may be worth running through Samsung's troubleshooting guide for speakers. It may work or not work, but it is worth it.

:Solution

There is no formal solution to fix this so far, so unfortunately, the only real solution seems to be replacing your phone.

Problem: S pen does not record on certain parts of the screen

The S Pen is a great addition to Note 9, with some new features added to the latest version of the massive Samsung phone. But just another phone can make a mistake, some users are having problems with S Pen does not work on certain parts of their Note 9 screen.

Possible solutions:
Do you use a protective bag with magnets? Many purse bags use a magnet to close the lid, and those magnets can interfere with the Pen S Pen and Note 9. Try taking off the can and try again.
Samsung has a number of solutions that you can try if your S Pen crashes:
Make a soft reset by pressing the volume down key for 10 seconds. Then press and hold the power button and hold down the volume until your phone is restarted.
Make sure that the Pen S is connected correctly. Go to Settings> Advanced Features> Pen S> Remote Control for S Pen, then make sure the key is turned on.
If this does not work, you may have a defective screen or S Pen. Contact Samsung for a replacement.

Issue: Navigation key is unresponsive
A number of users reported that software-based navigation keys at the bottom of the Note 9 screen were freezing and becoming unresponsive. Users have reported that the problem is intermittent, but when it does, it can take between 10 and 20 sperm to travel through an order - often the problem does not stop until the phone is restarted.

The problem appears to be limited to devices that use Samsung's Samsung Experience Virtual Player - a user who uses the Nova Launcher said he only encountered the problem on his Note 9 home page.

The root cause of the problem seems to be a recent update to Samsung Pay - which explains why the problem has not been since the release of Note 9.

Workaround:
It looks like restarting your phone will remove problems, at least for a while.
A user has been notified that changing their Note 9 feature through the Samsung Themes app has resolved their issues. This is a great storytelling, but it's worth it if you're constantly having trouble.

:Solution

Because the problem is related to Samsung Pay, it's clear that setting up Samsung Pay is enough to fix the problem. A invisible form of pop-ups from Samsung Pay appears to be blocking the keys, and this box disappears once Samsung Pay is set up. It's a strange solution, but it seems to work.
The problem appears to have been resolved by updating Note 9 for Android 9.0 Pie.
Problem: The camera is delayed or freezes for a few seconds
Users at official Samsung forums and XDA developers complain of delays and freezing while using the Note 9. This seems to be the problem when taking pictures and video recording, clearing the cache and changing the MicroSD card and restarting the phone did not have any effect. It also appears that the "camera failure" warning is related to this issue.

:Solution

Note that updating Note 9 to Android 9.0 Pie may resolve the issue.
